What is PTE Monster?

PTE Monster is an online practice platform for the PTE Academic and PTE Core English exams. It maintains a bank of real exam-style questions ranked by how likely each is to appear next, scores every spoken and written answer with AI in seconds, and runs full, sectional and mini mock tests under real exam timing. It is a paid platform — every feature is included in one plan, priced regionally.

The platform serves test takers preparing for university admission and skilled migration (PTE Academic — most commonly for Australia, and for study in Canada and the UK) and for Canadian permanent residence (PTE Core, the exam IRCC accepts for Express Entry, with scores converted to CLB levels).

How do PTE Monster's prediction tiers work?

Pearson assembles every PTE exam from a finite question pool, so questions genuinely repeat. After each exam, test takers report the questions they met — known in the PTE community as exam memories. PTE Monster matches those reports against its bank and ranks every question into one of three tiers: All (the full bank), Core (seen in recent real exams) and Predictions (most likely to appear next).

The ranking is re-computed continuously as new reports arrive — it is never frozen into a monthly PDF. Predictions are a statement about where to focus practice, built from user reports; they are never a claim of access to exam content and never a guarantee that any specific question will appear.

How does the AI scoring work?

Speaking answers are assessed by an acoustic engine that grades every word for pronunciation accuracy and fluency — not just speech-to-text. Writing tasks are graded on the official Pearson traits: content, form, grammar, vocabulary and spelling. Objective reading and listening tasks are marked with the exam's own rules, including negative marking where the real exam applies it.

Every score on the platform is a practice estimate designed to track the real scorer's behaviour. Official scores come only from Pearson — and every deduction shown here is traceable to a specific word or rule, never invented by a model.

What are PTE Monster's accuracy standards?

Every factual claim on this site follows three rules. Scores and conversion figures (such as the PTE Core to CLB chart) are stated per the published Pearson–IRCC equivalency and flagged with a reminder to verify current requirements with the official source, because rules change. Prediction copy never promises match rates or guarantees. And reviews are never invented — the site publishes only real, consented student stories, and none at all rather than fabricated ones.
