Terms of Service

PTE Monster (“we”, “us”) is a practice platform for people preparing for the Pearson Test of English. By creating an account or using ptemonster.com (the “Service”), you agree to these terms.

PTE is a trademark of Pearson. PTE Monster is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Pearson in any way.

You need an account to practise. Keep your sign-in details private — you are responsible for activity on your account. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date. For security, the Service may limit an account to one active sign-in at a time and may use a face scan as a second sign-in check (see the Privacy Policy for how that data is handled).

The Service is for your personal, non-commercial exam preparation. You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, or bulk-download practice questions or any other content;
• access the Service with bots or other automated tools;
• share, resell, or sublicense your account or our content;
• interfere with the Service’s security or other people’s use of it.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Practice scores, skill bands and mock-test results on PTE Monster are produced by automated scoring and are estimates for practice purposes only. They are not official PTE scores, and they do not predict or guarantee any result on a real Pearson exam.

Parts of the Service are free. Where paid access is offered, its price and terms are shown before you buy. Promotional codes may carry their own conditions and expiry.

We work hard to keep PTE Monster fast and reliable, but we provide it without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update the Service and these terms. If we make material changes to the terms, we’ll update the date above; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
